What is GATA?
GraduAction Talent Academy (GATA)
is a structured programme designed for final year students to develop their knowledge and transferable skills for their graduate employability and future career development. There will be practical workshops, interview practices and mock assessment centre led by experienced trainers and industry professionals.
Objectives of GATA

Support final year students in strengthening their self-awareness, marketability and employability in preparing and embarking on their graduate job application​

Equip students with essential knowledge and skills to integrate smoothly and professionally into the workplace after graduation

* Students are required to complete a DiSC Workplace Profile online assessment before the commencement of workshop in order to receive a DiSC individual full report.

Enrolment for GATA
1st Semester, 2023-24
Notes for Enrolment:
-
The GATA programme will be conducted face-to-face on campus.
-
Priority will be given to undergraduate students who will graduate in 2024. Postgraduate students are welcome if quota is available.

You will receive a confirmation email if your enrolment is accepted. Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis.

The programme details will be provided to enrolled participants through email.

Undergraduate students who have fulfilled the completion requirements (i.e. attend ALL training workshops/mock assessment centre and submit the required assignments) will be eligible to apply for ONE credit in the Credit Award Scheme for Out-of-classroom Learning Experiences

Enrolled participants who fail to complete the programme may be put in a lower priority for future programme enrolment.
