Karen Chan

Karen is a property development professional at New World Development Company Limited, where she applies a strong foundation in real estate, valuation, and investment analysis to work. Beginning her journey in urban studies at HKU, she developed a deep interest in the dynamics of the built environment. Today, she brings cross disciplinary insight to real estate, with a focus on the planning and land development in the Northern Metropolis.
